Service, Cancellation & Return Policies

We operate by appointment only. Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and we prepare staffing, equipment, and treatment rooms accordingly. To maintain fairness and availability for all guests, the following policies apply.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Appointments involving extended booking times (including permanent makeup and laser treatments) reserve significant studio resources. Last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time to another client.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a last-minute cancellation and may be subject to a 50% service fee.

If time permits, we may shorten your service to remain on schedule. However, full-service fees may still apply. Out of respect for other guests, we cannot extend appointment times beyond what is scheduled.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without communication will result in a 50% service charge. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Laser Treatment Policy

All laser treatments require a mandatory consultation prior to your first session.

Laser services will not be performed without prior evaluation and approval. During consultation, we assess skin type, medical history, medications, sun exposure, and treatment suitability to ensure safety and realistic expectations.

Clients must avoid sun exposure, tanning (including spray tanning), and certain active skincare products before and after laser sessions as instructed. Failure to follow pre- and post-care may affect results and eligibility for treatment.

Eyelash Extension Fill Policy

Eyelash extension fills are priced according to a maintenance schedule and must not exceed 3.5 weeks from the previous appointment to qualify as a fill.

Appointments scheduled beyond 3.5 weeks may incur an additional fee and may require booking as a full set, depending on retention.

Clients must maintain a minimum of 40% of their extensions intact at the time of their fill. We cannot guarantee optimal results if proper aftercare — including daily cleansing with recommended products — has not been followed.

Beautiful retention is a shared responsibility between technician application and client aftercare.

Foreign fills from other studios may require removal prior to booking.

Permanent Makeup Policy

Permanent makeup procedures require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve extended appointment time.

Touch-ups should be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks following the initial appointment and no later than 2 months after. Appointments booked beyond two months may be subject to an additional fee.

The first touch-up within two months is complimentary. Additional touch-ups beyond this timeframe are priced according to the labor and correction required.

Failure to attend a scheduled complimentary touch-up appointment or cancellation within 24 hours may result in a service charge.

Results vary based on skin type, sun exposure, lifestyle, hormones, and adherence to aftercare. Full aftercare instructions are provided at the time of service.

Facial & Skin Treatment Policy

Please inform us of:

  • Recent injectables or cosmetic procedures

  • Use of retinol or active exfoliants

  • Recent sun exposure or sunburn

  • Medications affecting skin sensitivity

Compromised, sunburned, or irritated skin may require rescheduling for safety.

Illness Policy

Due to the close-contact nature of our services, we cannot treat clients who are unwell or exhibiting signs of illness.

If you are sick, please provide as much notice as possible to reschedule. This protects staff, clients, and overall public health.

Children & Guests

To ensure a calm, focused, and safe environment, we kindly ask that small children and additional guests not attend appointments unless previously arranged. Our studio is designed for precision work and relaxation.

Results & Responsibility

All aesthetic treatments depend on:

  • Individual skin type

  • Sun exposure

  • Hormonal influences

  • Lifestyle factors

  • Compliance with aftercare instructions

While we use professional-grade products and advanced technology, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Retail & Apparel Policy

Clothing may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if in new condition with tags attached.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on personal garments, skincare products, or opened retail items due to hygiene standards.

All services are final sale.
